Agency management: How JP│KOM creates value for its stakeholders, and gets a competitive edge in the market
On occasion of the Annual Meeting of the International Public Relations Network (IPRN), in Beijing, China, from May 19th to May 23rd 2018, JP│KOM’s founder Jörg Pfannenberg gave a speech on modern agency management. His guiding question was: how can a midsize, management-owned agency like JP│KOM create value for its stakeholders, and get a competitive edge in a mature market like Germany? His answer: this can only be done with a clear mission, a “digital first” strategy and the use of state-of-the-art management tools. And, of course, a clear positioning and an attractive (employer) brand to engage stakeholders, customers and employees, alike.
